Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy — 89Scents

At 89Scents, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it or before dispatch. Please reach out immediately via WhatsApp (+91 98725 25137) or email (89Scents4u@gmail.com) with your Order ID.

  • After Dispatch: Dispatched orders cannot be canceled in transit but may be processed under our return policy upon delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to personal care and hygienic standards for perfumes:

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with intact seals.

  • Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong bottle, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. An unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and package opening is mandatory to claim a free replacement or full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.

  • COD Orders: COD refunds are issued via UPI transfer or direct Bank Transfer.

  • Return Shipping: For general returns (change of mind), customers cover reverse shipping costs. For damaged/incorrect items, 89Scents covers all shipping costs.
